Friends,
As the great Lil Kim once said, “I’ve been gone for a minute, now I’m back with the Jump Off.” Indeed, I have been gone for more than a minute, but now I am back after an intensive two-week Zen meditation retreat in Korea. I’m feeling embodied, grounded, and more firm with myself after many things shifting and appearing in my life, but most importantly after finishing my master’s thesis. I’m finally returning to finish this season of Plated History, but I also to announce that after the next few episodes, another break will occur mainly for me to brainstorm what is next for Plated History.
